Congratulations on Your Nomination!

Your business, organization, team, or employee has been nominated for a Carleton Place & District Chamber of Commerce Business Award of Excellence.

Being nominated is an achievement in itself and reflects the recognition and support of customers, colleagues, employees, Chamber members, and community members who believe your accomplishments deserve to be celebrated.

To move forward in the awards process, nominees are invited to complete a formal submission outlining their achievements, impact, and contributions. Submissions are reviewed by an independent judging panel and are the sole basis upon which awards are evaluated.

Before You Begin

Before starting your submission, we recommend that you:

  • Review the category in which you have been nominated.
  • Gather examples, achievements, statistics, testimonials, or supporting materials that help tell your story.
  • Review the judging criteria associated with your category.
  • Allow sufficient time to prepare thoughtful and complete responses.

Remember: judges evaluate submissions based solely on the information provided. The stronger and more detailed your submission, the better judges can understand your accomplishments and impact.

Step 1 — Create Your Awardify Account

Create your Awardify account or sign in using your existing login credentials.

Step 2 — Complete Your Submission

Complete all required submission questions and provide detailed examples that demonstrate your achievements, innovation, leadership, customer service, community involvement, or other accomplishments relevant to your nominated category.

You may save your progress and return to your submission at any time before the deadline.

Step 3 — Upload Supporting Materials

Upload any supporting documents, logos, photographs, testimonials, or supplementary materials outlined in the category requirements.

Step 4 — Review and Finalize

Carefully review your submission before marking it as final.

Please note: submissions will not be reviewed until they have been formally submitted as final.

What Happens Next?

Completed submissions will be reviewed by an independent judging panel comprised of Chamber professionals from outside our region.

To ensure fairness and objectivity, judges evaluate submissions solely on the information provided and do not have prior knowledge of the nominees.

Finalists will be notified following the completion of judging, and award recipients will be announced at the Business Awards Gala.
