1. Established Track Record: In operation for at least 5 years, demonstrates sustainable growth and long-term success
2. Operational Excellence: Outstanding performance in service delivery, customer service, marketing, HR, and financial management
3. Industry Leadership: Recognized as a leader by peers, upholds ethical practices, and strategic vision
4. Community Impact: Actively supports community causes and demonstrates civic engagement
