The Team or Employee of the Year Award celebrates individuals and workplace teams who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. This award recognizes those who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, collaboration, leadership, and commitment while making a significant positive impact on their organization, colleagues, customers, and workplace culture.
Judging Criteria
• Outstanding performance, achievement, and contribution to organizational success
• Leadership, initiative, innovation, and problem-solving
• Positive impact on colleagues, customers, and workplace culture
• Professionalism, teamwork, dedication, and commitment
Eligibility
• Nominee must be employed by a Chamber member business in good standing
• Open to individual employees and workplace teams
• Nominee must have been employed with the organization for a minimum of one year
