Business of the Year

Description

The Business of the Year award honours an outstanding business in our community that exemplifies leadership, creativity, innovation, performance, and benevolence. The winner of this award is someone who represents all that is good and forward-thinking about our local business community. The finalists in this category have been operating a business in Carleton Place and District for at least five years, have demonstrated excellence in business operations in a number of areas such as production, marketing, sales, quality control, customer service, human resources, and financial management. They are clearly viewed by peers as leaders in business excellence and have demonstrated the best aspects of an entrepreneurial spirit.
