The Business of the Year Award is the Chamber's highest honour and celebrates an established business that consistently demonstrates excellence across all areas of operation while making a meaningful contribution to the local economy and community.
Judging Criteria
• Demonstrated business growth, stability, and long-term success
• Excellence in customer service, operations, marketing, and team development
• Leadership, innovation, and strategic vision
• Positive impact on the community through engagement, partnerships, or local support
Eligibility
• Chamber member in good standing
• Operating for a minimum of five years

Your submission should include:
• A summary of your business, its history, growth, and key milestones
• Examples of operational excellence, customer service, and business performance

• Information about workplace culture, employee development, and team engagement initiatives
• Any testimonials, reviews, awards, recognition, or supporting information that strengthen your application
